Our Story
In mid 2022, we decided to create a comprehensive information service on the evolution of fuels, energy types and energy sources. During the next year-and-half we developed a platform that crawls, tags, classifies, aggregates, summarizes and extracts fuel information from the public internet, using GPT 3, GPT 3.5 and GPT 4. As a result we gained deep experience using Specialized and Generative AI.
In July 2023 we connected with our first enterprise customer, Benefit Street Partners (BSP), the Alternative Investments Division of the Franklin Templeton Group. BSP immediately saw the potential of using our AI for their knowledge, people and data intensive work-flows.
Over the second half of 2023 we created an AI powered business process automation platform that BSP is now using to reduce the cost of various types of Financial, Contracts and Administrative business processes, starting with their Tax Notices Operations Service (TOPS). TOPS enables CFOs and Tax Operations professionals to ingest, OCR, summarize, tag, classify, relate to existing notice information, route to internal and external responsible parties, and create responses to Tax Notices received from US Tax Jurisdictions.
We are now creating additional AI powered business automations that enable Enterprises to use AI and transform business workflows to reduce time and cost while mitigating risk.

Meet The Team
Jas is a high-energy Product Leader with a track record of building, launching and operating innovative and award winning Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) platforms in multiple industries. He has created significant enterprise value in both B2B and B2C ventures.
During his career he has raised $100m+ in capital, built and led successful cross-functional teams, established long-term client relationships, structured complex sales/partnership deals, and managed operations on a global scale.
Jas has also served in Executive level Strategy, Business Development, and Product roles with leading global companies such as IAC/Interactive Zerodegrees, Microsoft, Impact, AXON (formerly Taser) and BearingPoint.
Founder
James has spent his career in finance advising institutional asset and hedge fund managers. He spent 18 years at Morgan Stanley leading global teams in business development and equity product sales, where he grew revenues through developing deep client relationships.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, James led Citigroup’s West Coast international equity product sales team. He started his career in finance as an equity analyst and has advised numerous companies on accessing public market capital.
James has served as a Trustee on the Board of Scripps College, as a product-specific Advisory Board member at IHS Markit, and as a Candidate Selection Board member of Morgan Stanley’s Multi-Cultural Innovation Lab.

Gary is an accomplished international executive with 30+ years of operations, strategy, business development and change management experience.
He brings a strong accounting background and analytic framework from his early career years at Arthur Anderson and McKinsey and Co., as well as a diverse industry background in software, internet, semiconductors, data analytics, neural networks, deep learning, media and financial services.
Gary has also been a part of the UC Davis Venture Catalyst MentorNet since 2017.
He holds a BA from the University of Washington and an MBA from Harvard University.
